On-site management
is in the hands of the owner’s sister, Helen Rossi and her husband Fabrizio.
They are resident in a separate house within the estate and will be ready to welcome guests and ensure a comfortable and successful visit.

Having spent many years in Italy, Helen is a fluent Italian speaker and an expert on Italian cuisine.
Fabrizio is an expert viticulturist and can advise on all aspects of the wine of the region and Italian wine in general.

For guests wishing to dine “at home” and in addition to the excellent kitchen facilities, Helen will provide a range of menus for dinner featuring specialities of the Umbrian, Abruzzo and Tuscan cuisines and Fabrizio will offer wines from the well-stocked cellars.
